This website has been set up in defence of the treatment meted out on doctors on iwantgreatcare.org. It is clear that the British Medical Establishment has no respect for hardworking doctors in the United Kingdom and have denied them the right to respond. Hardworking doctors shall respond. They shall respond in droves because we now rebel against the substandard service offered by the General Medical Council, the British Medical Association, the defence unions and the Royal Colleges who are currently out of touch. Dr Shipman was created due to the General Medical Council's serious failings. The hard working doctors in this country cannot be blamed for the faults of a failing regulatory body. It seems the medical establishment are punishing doctors for their own failings.

They have ruled and oppressed doctors for centuries now.Nothing has been achieved by the General Medical Council in their small committee meetings. They continue to violate the human rights of doctors and patients alike. Our website calls for change. We say that GMC members and workers should have the same quality of treatment as executed on iwantgreatcare.org. This is known as equality. It is deserved by doctors and patients alike.

We say as follows

"THERE IS NO RIGHT TO REPLY. GMC Members DO NOT HAVE A RIGHT TO REPLY, BY DEFINITION. THAT IS ONE OF THE CROSSES WHICH A GMC members MUST BEAR!"

'This website is a great idea and will put the cat among the pigeons with the GMC Members, which is just what's needed. GMC menbers will feel threatened, and rightly, as one or two will find their trousers round their ankles.'

The next stop is the British Medical Association, a failing trade union that currently currently remained quiet during the Neil Bacon's fiasco. We ask our trade union whether they have had any involvement in iwantgreatcare.org.

We have to ask ourselves whether Neil Bacon has asked each doctor's permission to use their details in their database. The answer is probably "no". That is because Neil Bacon has absolutely no idea about databases and having the courtesy to ask permission. We know that he has taken hold of either the DNUK database or the GMC database and is currently making use of it for his own ends. We have just been on the website and can look up all sorts of doctors, that includes dead doctors. Yes, Neil is going to go into the afterlife to assess their fitness to practise there.

This is the Data Protection Act 1998 - Read Your Rights.

Here we have the Scotsman quoting a doctor.

"David Tulloch wrote: "I am the above named.

"I strongly protest the inclusion of my details on this website without my express consent.

"I no longer practise in the UK and, although I feel my practice has been good, I strongly resent the way this website has been started."

The British Medical Association has also been critical of the site.

Dr Dean Marshall, chairman of the BMA's Scottish general practitioners committee, said: "I can accept the argument that we should be rated, but we give questionnaires to patients to fill in anonymously so they can be honest.

"Very few doctors are not aware of what their patients think.

"Obviously there are concerns about it being libellous. A patient could have not been given what they wanted. That might have been appropriate, but they might then give that doctor a bad rating, which would be unfair.

"It is being marketed as some great new way of improving patient care, but I have my doubts. It is much more useful for patients to let their own GPs know their opinions."
